Do you prefer the 67'

Or the 05'  Eleanor?

If you will look closely you will notice that the movie version of Eleanor is actually a 68.  They called it a 67 in the movie and the one in the movie was a replica built for the movie (i"m sure there were more than one).  But that is actually a 68 body style.  The 68 has always been my favorite Mustang.

How can you tell the difference?

The only difference I ever knew of the two was that in 68, they had to put on the side markers, on ALL 1968 and newer vehicles.

If you are correct then that means the 67' has a cleaner look.  I suppose it is a matter of preference. I personally like the clean Bullit sleeper look, over the screaming Shelby look.  The only thing is that if I owned a Bullit, I would put a stock Mustang badge on the rear deck lid to make it a true sleeper.  Then I would hang the Bullit badge in my living room in a picture frame on display.

I prefer the '67. Original Detroit Muscle. But my favorite is '69 '70 fastback.
