Hi, this can be caused by a few items, either the fuel pump is starting to fail, the filter is partially blocked at the bottom, or the block connector on the actual fuel pump is corroded. I have seen all 3 problems causing this failure, best thing to do first is to check the block connector, some fiestas do have an inspection hole underneath the rear seat swab, if yours has this then take a look here first, if not then the fuel tank will have to be dropped, if this is ok then while the tank is out, remove the fuel pump to check the filter and if dirty-clean it. If this is all ok then i would expect the fuel pump is failing and causing a high load, which will blow the fuse.
