This guy was told he needed to pay over $6,000 for a new for a new moonroof! The customer caught it all on tape!

my mom has a Benz. Its a lemon. Nothing but problems with it.

It's a new day, and people are using the net to expose BS like this now.  What this dealer did is intolerable, could you imagine paying $6,000 to replace something that is not broken?  Hell there was just a pebble in the track, had the owner investigated he could have fixed it himself. 

$6,000 GEEZ!

I tell ya Furious, after the way I see Benz and BMW dealers treat customers I would never, ever buy a German car.

At least I know when I go to my Ford dealer, he will look after me. When the service mananger tries to rip me off, a little conversation with the dealer principal and I'm looked after.
