Greetings from local 2000 OHAP yes I'm the famously hated shadowcat from blue oval news site.

Welcome, all UAW members are welcome here from both sides of the political spectrum. Opposing views, and real debate enlightens us all. If anything we need balance, and being able to speak freely without interjection from outsiders makes it all the better. Glad to see you defect shadowcat

Have I been missing the news, what's going on?  I have been busy running sales calls, and estimates for my moving business.

New today from WAP, Local 900....I was a toolmaker at the MTP plant for 14 years before being moved to the WAP. We are working on the tear out of the old truck plant so, hopefully soon we can build the new C-car platform there (MAP). As of right now it sounds like they are trying to get some of the equipment started up by May for tryout.Should be making new product by fall of next year. Body shop tear out will be started within the month. Trying to keep all the work in house.

Looks like I am the newest member to sign up. I am from OHAP, UAW 2000. A co-worker will be along to vouch for me for the UAW only area.

From what I heard this sounds like a better place to get info and talk about company matters with others whom may have already experienced issues that we may be going through.
