In the past 3 years Ford with the help of the UAW has made leaps and bounds over their targets in safety, cost, and quality!
Working together has brought us a long way but the effort is not over. We have to continue, and although we are on par with our foreign competition in quality we now have to pass them and sustain it. Quality has to be job 1 in our minds, and not in our mouths. Talk is cheap, and it is time to show our competitors what we are worth as a workforce!
